How do I track my order?
Go to My Account → Orders and tap any order to see its status timeline and tracking number.
How do I return a product?
Open the order, scroll to "Need to return something?" and submit a return request. The store will review it.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order from its detail page while it is still in Pending or Processing status. Once shipped, cancellation is not available — reach out to us for help.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, cards, net banking via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery where enabled. Wallet support depends on the store.
